We will ship anywhere in the U.S. and Canada within 48 hours of your order. (If something is out of stock, or if a federal holiday delays shipping, we will alert you as soon as possible.) Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.
Coming to the Burlington, VT area? How exciting! If you prefer, we'll hold your order at the store for you. Just let us know you're picking it up in person.
Return & Exchange Policy
We try to make it easy to order the right size coat, collar, or harness for your hound. That said, some days it's hard to measure a perfectly still-hound -- and the thought of measuring a wiggly one is inconceivable. We get it. If you got measurements wrong, or if your hound doesn't rock that color as much as you thought she would, contact us up to the first week (7 days) your order arrives. We'll work with you to exchange what you got for something your pet and you will enjoy more. Please keep in mind, however, that your original order (when you send it back to us) must be in unused, resalable condition.
We realize that everyone makes mistakes -- and that goes for manufacturers too. If your order is defective in some way, please contact us within that same one-week timeframe. We'll work with you (and the manufacturer) to get it all sorted out.
Refunds are given in the form of store credit only, and you are responsible for all shipping fees incurred in the process.
